Returns

If you would like to return product you must first request a return authorization number from our customer service department. Please send an email to cs@transcendlabs.com with the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Order Date
  3. Full Name
  4. Reason for return

Terms and Conditions

At the time of shipment your credit card will be charged $6.95 for shipping and handling. The charge on your billing statement will appear as: TRANSCENDL. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you decide to keep the 3 Month Supply (3 bottles) of Cocovive your credit card will be charged an additional $89.95 for the 3 bottles of Cocovive exactly 14 days after your original shipment date. The charge on your billing statement will appear as: TRANSCENDL.

If you are not satisfied with our product and would like to cancel your order you must contact us by phone or email to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE within 14 days of your original shipment date. You must then return the unused portion, marked clearly with the Return Authorization Code, within 30 days of the shipment date.

Orders without a valid Return Authorization Code, and orders not received within 30 days of the shipment date will be subject to the full amount of $89.95 for the 3 month supply (3 bottles) of Cocovive.
