For adults, take one (1) capsule up to three times per day. Take one capsule with each meal. Do not exceed more than 3 capsules in a 24-hour period. As a reminder, discuss any supplements and medications with your health care provider before you start consuming Cocovive.

The recommended dose for men and women is 3 easy to swallow veggie capsules per day. Lighter individuals may want to start taking 1-2 capsules per day and eventually increase the serving size to 3 capsules per day for maximum results.
